Graduated in Law, he began his career at Farmitalia Carlo Erba (Montedison Group). In 1982 he was appointed head of the Corporate Training and Development department at Montedison Holding. In 1984 from the position Director of Personnel and Organization at Recordati he joined Smith Kline & French as HR & Organization Director. After the merger between ISF, Sk&f and Zambeletti, which lead to creation of SmithKline Beecham Italia, he become V.P. HR of the new Company and member of the Board of Directors. From 2000 to 2006 he was Director of HR, Organization and Quality at Albacom (today Bt Italia). From 2004 to 2011 he was President of AIDP Lombardy Group. Former President of the Corvette Group, of AIDP Promotion and Partner of Arethusa, he is currently General Secretary of the AIDP.
